These terms describe how Adswish operates. They are provided for information and are not a substitute for independent legal advice.
Adswish is a marketplace that connects businesses with content creators. We provide escrow, tracking, analytics, messaging, and payout tools. We are not a party to the campaign agreement between a business and a creator, and we do not guarantee campaign outcomes. By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Adswish charges a flat 10% platform fee on campaign transactions. The platform absorbs underlying payment processing fees out of its 10% take, so creators receive an exact 90% net payout on released earnings. The 10% platform fee is non-refundable.
Fixed-fee campaigns use Stripe pre-authorization: when a creator is accepted, the fixed amount is authorized (reserved, not charged) on the business's saved card. The hold is captured when the deliverables are approved, and released to the business if the creator is rejected, abandons, or the 7-day authorization window expires. Funds are never held by Adswish.
On approval, the captured amount enters a plan-based escrow hold for the creator: 7 days (Free), 5 days (Pro), or 3 days (Premium). If no dispute is raised within the hold period, funds are automatically released to the creator. Creators must complete the required tax/identity steps and connect a payout account before funds can be released.
Businesses pay for fixed-fee campaigns using a saved card on Stripe. The card is authorized for the fixed amount when a creator is accepted; no pre-paid wallet balance is required. If the authorization fails, the campaign may be closed automatically and affected applicants notified. Authorizations that are not captured within Stripe's 7-day limit are released back to the business automatically.
Affiliate and hybrid campaigns require an active, verified tracking link or attribution method. Fixed-fee campaigns do not require tracking. Tracking links are monitored for availability; extended downtime may result in warnings, suspension of attribution, or campaign closure.
If a creator reports a missing sale or undelivered payment, a 72-hour SLA timer begins. Unresolved disputes after 72 hours result in automatic campaign drop and tracking link disabling. Three strikes within any 12-month rolling window result in account suspension for 3 months.
Accounts with pending holds or open disputes cannot be deleted until those are resolved. If an account is banned by an administrator, any remaining earnings for creators may be forfeited after 90 days.
Users may not bypass the platform to avoid the 10% commission, submit fraudulent conversions or follower counts, or abuse the messaging system. Personal information (emails, phone numbers, external URLs) is automatically filtered from messages. Attempts to circumvent fees or platform safeguards may result in account suspension.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adswish is a service provider and not a party to campaign agreements. We provide the tools and infrastructure but do not guarantee campaign outcomes, sales, or revenue.
Businesses may amplify approved creator content as paid Google Ads directly from the Adswish dashboard. Adswish connects to Google Ads through the user's own OAuth consent: the business authorizes access to its Google Ads account and we never access ad budgets without that authorization. The business's ad spend is billed directly by Google; Adswish charges no commission or markup on ad spend.
For your protection, Adswish automatically ends your session after a period of inactivity (configurable in Settings between 1 and 30 minutes), and navigating away from the dashboard with the browser back button ends the session. You will be asked to sign in again, and any unsaved work may be lost. We recommend keeping the inactivity timeout under 10 minutes for the best security posture.
